ABOUT THE MEDITATION

With warmth and humor, Archangel Metatron (channeled by Wendy Gayle) OR Divine Mother (channeled by Connie Viveros) will expertly guide us in a meditative journey that anyone can do–you need no prior meditation experience to participate.

It is a well known principle that global healing is possible when we join in community regularly and collectively heal together. When we spend time in sacred silence and meditation healing ourselves, we also help to heal the entire planet.

Many of us are feeling the incredible pressures currently at play on our Earth plane. It may show up as overwhelm in our busy, tired lives, feeling over-connected to our gadgets, and less connected to our Divine Source!
